Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
For many of our gift baskets and boxes, there is a packaging charge if the order is being shipped out of our local Hanover, PA area by UPS (instead of being hand-delivered here in Hanover). If you do not check the box that applies this packaging charge for gifts combinations being shipped, we will automatically add the appropriate packaging charge to your order. This packaging charge covers the cost of the shipping box, special wrapping to protect the contents of the gift, etc.
If we are out of a specific item that is part of a gift combination, we will make a substitution of equal or greater value than the one shown.
If your gift selection includes chocolate, and the weather is too warm to ship chocolate, we will make substitutions of equal value for the chocolate products that would melt.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. However, we must have your credit card information before the gift can be shipped.
Shipping And Handling
All items ship via UPS Ground. Our charges for UPS shipping are based on actual weight. These charges will be displayed on your online receipt when you place an order.
We are located in Pennsylvania. Please allow 1-3 business days for the east coast, 3-5 business days for the Midwest and 5-7 business days for the west coast.
Overnight shipping, 2nd day air or 3-day select are all available at an extra charge. Please keep in mind that if you tell us to ship your gift by
overnight express, those charges may range from approximately $50.00 to $100.00 or more
depending on the size of the package and the destination. 2nd day air charges are less than overnight, but usually range from $35.00 to $75.00 depending on the size of the package and the destination. If Saturday delivery is required, that usually adds an additional $10 to $15 on top of the regular air charge.
If you tell us to ship by air instead of ground, we will automatically add the difference for the shipping to your credit card charges. Please email us at

If your order is to be sent to someone within our Hanover delivery area, we will hand-deliver your gift. In that case, the UPS charges already figured on your order will be deducted and appropriate delivery charges, ranging from $3.50 to $9.50 will be added.
UPS charges a $2.50 remote zipcode surcharge on any package going to a less accessible zip code. If this pertains to the shipping zip code on your order, $2.50 will be added to the total, once we receive the order here in our store.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes by UPS. If this is the only address you can supply, please call us and make arrangements with us to have the package shipped by the USPS. There may be an additional charge for us to take the package to the post office.
If an incorrect address or incomplete address is provided, UPS may charge us an additional address correction fee. Such pass through fees will be billed to you after delivery. Please be sure to provide complete and accurate address information.

Delivery Schedule
We make every effort to ship or deliver your gift on the day that it is ordered, if we receive the order by 1:00 Eastern Standard Time. Please note that you do have a choice for an alternate date for the gift to be received, when you place the order. If you choose a date for the gift to be received that makes it necessary for us to send your gift by overnight, 2nd day air or 3-day select UPS, as opposed to the regular ground shipping, we will add the additional appropriate charges to your credit card.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
Our business is operated from Pennsylvania. There is a 6% Sales Tax added for orders shipping to the state of Pennsylvania. All other orders are tax free. Please be sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Because all of our gifts are custom-designed when ordered, they are not returnable, unless something is damaged or defective. In this case, either a refund or store credit will be issued. For individual items ordered that are not part of a custom-designed gift, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned. These returns must be made in 7 to 10 business days from receipt of merchandise.
